Within the Human Socialization period, the pups are made to experience a sense of fear. Some of the scary (physical) and traumatic (psychological) experiences a pup goes through develops an avoidance response. A pup is expected to be affected by this during the first four weeks. At this very fragile situation, breeders are careful not to ship any of the puppies out to new homes.
